Cookies

The Workbench doesn’t use cookies.

…unless you’re the editor for the site, in which case cookies are used when you log in. (But why am I telling you that, huh?)

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Those other websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Newsletter & emails

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you will receive emails from us.

We will only send you emails which you have signed up to receive.

To send you emails, we use the name and email address you provide us. Our site also logs the IP address you used when you signed up for the service. That’s just to prevent abuse of the system.

This website sends emails through the MailPoet Sending Service. The service allows us to track opens and clicks on our emails. We use this information to improve the content of our newsletters.

No identifiable information is otherwise tracked outside this website except for the email address.

What rights you have over your data

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
